Registration will start on August 13, 2019, 7:00 AM at the Ballroom entrance of Limketkai Luxe Hotel, Cagayan De Oro City. For those who plan to attend the events starting August 14 to 17, participants must arrive and register at least 1 hour before the session/conference starts to avoid cancellation of slot. Only confirmed participants will be accepted for registration.

Confirmation deadline is on July 26, 2019, 11:59 PM. If the maximum attendee capacity is reached, the organizers reserve the right to refuse late registration.

To help you have the best experience during the 13th PNHRS Week Celebration on 13-17 August 2019, please be reminded of the following:

• Always bring your Pass Slip (printed or saved on your smart phone).
• Bring one (1) valid ID for validation purposes.
• Registration starts at 7AM.
• Wear your conference ID pass to gain entry to the venue and at all times during the conference. ID passes can be reissued on-site for a FEE, so please don't forget your pass.
  

COMPANION

A companion pass allows conference participants to bring a companion (spouses, family members, friends etc). Companions are allowed to explore the exhibit from August 13-17, 8AM-5PM:

Please note that companions are NOT ALLOWED to attend other sessions and avail meals provided during the conference.
